Trufix is true to its name. I have utilized other big name phone repair stores, to get my phone back with additional issues. A loose screen and a speaker that worked half the time. However, this time, I went to Trufix where I received exceptional customer care. I originally asked to get my screen replaced, but the technician thoroughly examined my phone to discover other issues I assumed were due to the age of the phone. He explained his diagnosis to give me the option to proceed with repair. Trufix didn’t just fix my phone, they made it like brand new. Trufix was quick, thorough, and provided master class service. I highly recommend Trufix for your cell phone repairs. ~ Richard

Do not consider any other vendor. Trufix is your one stop shop for your cell phone repair needs. Called Thursday afternoon about a screen replacement for my s23. Although the owner didn't have it in stock, he was able to get it next morning, install it in 30 minutes, provide a warranty, not to mention appreciative pricing! The store was very clean, inviting and easy to get to. I will be recommending Trufix to anyone who needs cell phone repair! ~ NM S

Came in to get screen replaced…was seen right away. Am not a techie, knew my screen was cracked and figured it would be $$$ to fix it. Ivan looked at it—-it was the protector that was broken—big sigh of relief and only a few $$$ to replace the protector. Would rate 15 out of 10. This is my second time coming here because I am just really clumsy with my phone. Provide fast and quick service!! It only took 40 minutes for the repair. And it was reasonable price with excellent customer service! The environment (wait area) was relaxing while I waited. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Owner was kind and patient with me. I needed a screen replacement just to get information from my old phone and he allowed me to use a screen just to transfer at a cheaper price. Stopped by for charging port issues on my S24+. Described the problems I was having and well it just turned out to be jammed with pocket lint! My wife stopped in and Ivan fixed her phone in minutes. She raved how professional he was and what a great job he did in minutes. I decided to bring my iPhone 16 in because I cracked the camera lens cover. 20 minutes later “all fixed like new” and very reasonable and professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ivan at True Fix Phone Repair! From the moment he answered the phone, he was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I explained that my son Camden needed additional storage installed in his PlayStation 5, and Ivan immediately offered to help us — at absolutely no charge. When we arrived, he went above and beyond. Not only did he install the new storage for Camden, but he also connected the PlayStation to his own TV and tested everything to make sure the system recognized the additional storage. He even showed my son that everything was installed correctly and working before we left. Customer service like this is hard to find. Ivan could have easily charged us for his time and expertise, but instead, he genuinely wanted to help. His kindness, patience, knowledge, and professionalism made such an impression on both of us. Had to replace the screen for my S23 Ultra and I am so glad that I came across Trufix Phone Repair. The fastest and cheapest place to go to. Stopped by TruFix Phone Repair in Greenville for an iPhone screen repair and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Fair price, great quality, and very friendly service. Family-owned shop, near Haywood Mall. They also give a 90-day warranty. Highly recommend! ~ Alisa K
